Count the entries on Sugar Reset's Supplement Facts panel and you'll get to 22: Chromium Picolinate, followed by a "Proprietary Blend" naming 21 more ingredients, from Maca Root Extract to L-Carnitine Base.
Of those 22, exactly one has an individual dose printed next to it: Chromium Picolinate, at 0.7mcg. The other 21 share a single combined figure — 200mg — with no breakdown of how much of that weight belongs to any specific ingredient.
If the 200mg were split evenly across 21 ingredients, that would work out to under 10mg each on average — and in practice, proprietary blends are essentially never split evenly. Some ingredients almost certainly make up a larger share than others, but the label gives no way to know which ones.
